Thursday cont.

"I should not look at the website before coming in here."


I would agree that looking at the workout before coming in could elevate one's anxiety level. However, it could also challenge you to work harder longer and help you figure out how to get the best time possible.

Crossfit Legacy challenges you physically and mentally. If we train only one aspect, they we fail to train the entire body. We must stay sharp mentally while we train or we risk injury while we train and possible failure in sport and life.
