Med Ball Cleans and Burpees

In an effort to teach the Olympic lifts and develop hip power, explosion and agility, it is necessary to master the Med Ball Clean as well.

The med ball clean is one of the 9 fundamental movements in crossfit. There is tremendous carryover from the med ball clean to the other Olympic lifts, so never take this fundamental movement for granted.

WOD

15 Med Ball Cleans
15 Push-ups

***AMRAP in 20 min***

David--5 rounds (10 reps each in 15 min)
