It was quoted by Riley as the WOD was written on the board after warming-up, a 1,000m team row, and 11 burpees (for losing by 11 seconds)
Crossfit Legacy had 3 great classes today!! All told, 1,350 Knee to Elbow were performed in the gym today!!
