30 Degree Wednesday!!!

It was very cold this morning for the 6am crew!!

Almost everyone was still feeling the affects of Monday morning's workout.

So, to appease the athletes, we avoided deadlifts, push-ups, and pull-ups at Crossfit Legacy.

We did not however, avoid squattting, pressing, and swining!!!!

10 Push Press (45lbs)
10 DB Swings
