Kate R. from Crossfit Cleveland achieved her Crossfit Level 1 Cert this weekend!! And to put icing on the cake, she had the fastest FRAN time for the ladies.
Our second WOD on day 2 was 7 Med Ball Cleans, 7 Burpees...AMRAP in 10 min. I was able to get 12 rounds + 5 Burpees
