At Crossfit Legacy, we have used a myriad of activities and movements over the past few days, and our athletes are really showing tremendous improvements in power, strength, stamina, and speed. We have used Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, body weight movements, dumbbells, medicine balls and gymnastics.

I was beginning to wonder if something happen to you Brian. So long without updating.
