CROSSFIT TOTAL!!!

Today was the much anticipated CROSSFIT TOTAL at Crossfit Legacy.

3 movements

Shoulder Press
Deadlift
Backsquat

3x3 of each. Your highest achieved weight of all 3 is added together to get the CFT

I saw some great efforts this morning and am proud of everyone for the intensity they showed today.

Tomas...sorry about the addition problem we had....!!!  I will use a calculator next time.

This was a great day for Tomas and I. It's not everyday that we come out at the front of the pack. The only time I have a good chance at being first is when I am the only on in class and even that can be a challenge.

With many of our workouts medcon in nature with fast reps of quick movements it was fun to see what we could do with slower, strength focused movements.

I know that the next time we do this the results will be even better because of the confidence we will have in the process and added strength we will have gained.

In regard to the most hated whit board activity:

One horrible word: Burpee!!!

Don't care for the max lifts either, Accountants shoul not lift anything heavier than a #5 mechanical pencil!

As for the #5 Pencil. I want make sure that you can lift a pallet of them!!!
