I would have to agree with you on that one also. I am not a fan of those!!
Burpees for me. They suck the life right out of me. Unless I modify them my workout comes to a literal crawl as I battle my way through them.
Wow, I just realised Chris did 345 Deadlift. I better increase mine quick.
