Deadlift and Pull-ups

Since went up to Crossfit Cleveland last night for their 1 yr Anniversary, we celebrated at Crossfit Legacy in the morning by doing one of their workouts....yeah!!!

enought weight that you can only do it 3x each round....go heavy, or go home!!!
