Ring Dips and Box Jumps

Our crews did another 21-18-15-12-9-6-3-1 on Thursday morning, and they all did very well with it.

Before that WOD, Terry and I did a rowing Helen, and I although, I hate to get beat at things, he did a great job and completed his scaled WOD faster than my as Rx'ed WOD.

Awesome effort Thursday morning Terry.

This is a hard one.

I like wods that are a set period of time. That way I finish with everyone else.

On the other hand I have to admit I like all the crowd cheering as I finally finish anything we do for time but I somethings think it's just because people know they get to go home if I ever finish.

I like using the kettlebells.

Don't like jumping because it takes a tremendous amount of force to get me airborne although I think jumping, and more importantly landing, is an important skill for me to perform.

I often prefer wod's that are low numbers of many movements rather than large numbers of a few movements.

I like any workout that leaves me forced to lay on the floor afterward. As most people know, that is most workouts.

I'm looking forward to a murph day in the spring.
