Dumbbell, Dumbbells and MORE Dumbbells!!!

The "Black Box"

What is it? It is the mystical nebulous region where our "input" is converted to "output" In layman's terms, as Crossfitters, we are not concerned with the chemical, biological, and neuro-physical processes occur to make us stronger.
Our concern is that it happens. What we do is measured in output. If we can do more now, than we could before we started Crossfit, then we are seeing results.

Today, our workout allowed a couple of our athletes to measure the benefits of our training methods.

I am happy to say that Eric beat his previous time by close to 30 seconds, and Terry was able to do more work in 1 min 30 seconds faster.
