Pull, Push, and Jump

After spending a few hours at Crossfit Cleveland on Wednesday evening, I came back with some good ideas for helping our athletes get better at Ring Dips

After a challenging week of moving heavy weights and other objects, our athletes were rewarded with a gymnastic only WOD this AM.

How rewarding could that be.....???

You will have to ask them that.

WOD

10 Pull-ups
15 Ring Dips
20 Double Unders

**5 rounds for time***
