Didn't we get enough of REAL Shoveling in Northeast Ohio this past weekend?
Regardless...our athletes pretended they were shoveling ROCKS rather than Snow!!
I guess in the Crossfit.com world of Southern California, they have to practice the virtual stuff rather than shovel now.
Thinking about it though, what if there was flooding and it was your job to fill sand bags?
Could you do it?
Could you do it long enough to be effective?
Could people depend on you to get the job done to help save their home or way of life?
If you cannot answer yes, then maybe you need to change your way of training so that you are able to handle ANYTHING life throws your way?
I can trust my athletes.
Can your loved one's trust you?

Alex is doing a great job mastering the KIP. 2 weeks ago, he could barely do more than 2 pull-ups in a row, now he is getting 5-7 in row without difficulty!!

Welcome back Angie....
Eric is also doing a great job mastering the Kipping Pull-up!
