WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR 2009?


AT CROSSFIT LEGACY, WE ARE CONSTANTLY STRIVING TO IMPROVE OUR OVERALL PHYSICAL FITNESS.

LIKE LIFE, EACH WORKOUT IS A TEST!

WE CHALLENGE EACH OTHER TO GIVE OUR BEST EFFORT WITH EACH WORKOUT AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVE WITH EACH VISIT!

WITH THAT IN MIND, I WOULD LIKE EACH ATHLETE AT CROSSFIT LEGACY TO DEVELOP GOALS FOR THEMSELVES TO ACCOMPLISH IN 2009!!

I WILL ALSO GIVE YOU A GOAL THAT, AS A COACH, I THINK COULD STRIVE FOR.

IF YOU WOULD PLEASE BRING THE GOALS IN BY THE END OF THIS WEEK, WE WILL PUT THEM ON THE WHITE BOARD SO THAT WE CAN HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE DURING THE COMING MONTHS!
