Revisiting the 1st CF at American Elite

At the request of Kristin, we performed the very first CF workout tonight. We warmed up with some planks, and tabata squats. The real fun was had when I had them race around the track with the new aquired heavy bag I bought last night for $10

Kristin and Kayla completed the 586ft distance in 1:05(min/sec)
Alyssa and Jenna(who had a hard time carrying it) completed in 1:42(min/sec)

Heavy Bag race

WOD

1 lap
2 min max sit-up
100' OH walking lunges
1 lap
20 box jumps
1min max push-up(from knees)

Complete 2 rounds for time
