I suppose I am on a CrossFit Named kick at the moment. After being down for a while the whole shoulder thing; I suppose I want to see where I am at.
We received more weird looks at the YMCA tonight, but it was fun, and I was totally wasted after the workout.
I used 105lbs on the DL, mostly because I have not performed that many DL's over the past few months.
