Toys

I have not posted that much lately secondary to the fact that CF Legacy has been without location to train. I am going to be doing much of my own CF workouts at the Lake Anna YMCA. Above are a few of the toys I have to play with. If there are those out there in the area, who are members of the YMCA and would like to workout, let me know. Have a great day.
