Thursday--5pm


Why this picture? I don't know. My first thought when I saw this artwork, was WOW...its either time to go into battle or do a CrossFit WOD.
Anyway, it inspired me, so I thought I would post it.

CrossFit Legacy has some great workouts tonight. Chris, Kayla, and Heidi impressed me with their determination, spirit, and commraderie. Amazing effort.

Warm-up
2 laps
Cf Stretchs
20-20-20

Skill
Thruster(PVC and Dumbbell)

Mini-WOD
1 min of each for 2 rounds
Window Wipers
Farmers Carry
R/L DB OHS

WOD
10 Dumbbell Thruster
10 Pull-ups
10 OHS(PVC)

Begin a new round every 2 min for 20 mins
(if you have not done the math---that is 100 reps of each exercise)

Results
Chris, Kayla, and Heidi all finished each round before the next one started. I am so proud of the effort. What was especially special was that each of them finished the last round in just over 1 min.
