7am---July 4th, 2008

We had another excellent group working out this morning at CrossFit Legacy. Strength, stamina, and mental toughness were tested in todays workout.

I had the music turned up really loud, but 2 of 4 people noted that they did not even notice because they were so focused. I suppose I will need to turn it up louder next time.
