Pushing and Jerking

Our Tuesday evening class is making some amazing strides. Kay almost has her pull-up down, Heidi is developing some explosive power, and Kayla is finally getting the flexibility in her shoulders that she has always wanted.

I apologize for the low quality pictures tonight. I forgot my camera at home and had to use my Blackberry for the pictures. They turned out better that I thought they would, but none-the-less, I wish they were better.
