We continued the circuit style WOD's this morning for the purpose of making sure everyone got time on the Concept 2 Rower.

I had the pleasure of spending 2 days with Angela in Vermont at the Rowing Certification at Concept @ HQ. She has a wealth of rowing knowledge, and is a great coach.
