Friday @ 6am and 10:30am

Our Friday morning crew had yet to experience Double Unders before this morning. As expected, they were given the honor of performing them today.

We were very impressed by the intensity and execution of the workout by each participant.

Now, at 10:30am, my buddy Danny (home for 2 weeks) came in for a workout. His WOD was a little harder though.
