The William Wallace

Eric thought this would be a good name for this workout secondary to how I described the violence necessary to have the correct Sledge Hammer strike on our 300lb tire.

I must thank Doug Chapman---Hyperfit USA for this analogy......

The correct violence for the sledge hammer strike is to imagine you are the only defender of your pre-historic village. You are in an elevated position over your enemy and they are trying to climb your protective wall. It is your duty to ensure that the blow they receive from your hammer renders them DEAD!!! You only get one try, so you had better hit them hard.

I pulled this out from our mid-August training schedule to see how they would compare in reps and intensity.
