CLUB 3000

Congratulations to Heidi-----She is the winner of club 3000 for the month of September!!!

Heidi completed 1,100 Over head Squats.   She comes in 2x/week and the math for her to get that many was 137.5/visit to the gym.

Great work Heidi---Had she completed all 3,000, she would have gotten a $20 gas card.  Since she won, she picked Knee to Elbow for the Month of October
