Wednesday Morning

Happy Birthday Sharon!!!    She decided that the best way to start her birthday is to do a CF WOD.

I would have to agree that would be first on my list as well Sharon.




WOD

10 Clean and Jerk
15 Knee to Elbow
10 T-Stabilization Push-ups

Colby--15:40(75lbs)
Sharon--17:10(35lbs)

***secondary to the athletes still learning some of the more complex Olympic lifts, we went lite with the weight, so that the heavier weights would not crush them if they had bad form***
