Deadlifts, Burpees and Jerks....OH MY!!!!

Wednesday morning at 6am was a great class.


Seven people committed the their health and fitness performed a great workout!!!

Kelly has returned to us after an unfortunate accident with a throw rug and is working through the soreness and is posting good times!!!



Way to set the pace today Eric.....we will see if you beat me next time!!


Ted....you are picking up the moves quickly and demonstrating great effort.   Was that you doing sprints outside after class?



Sharon hid in the corner this morning, but finished strong!!
