"The Sterling"


We ditched the stop watch today, and instead put a "Deck of Cards" in my hand.  

We worked through all 52 cards with each suit representing a Crossfit movement!!




WOD

Hearts--Pull-up
Diamonds---Dips
Spade--Wall Ball
Club--OHS

Ace--10 Burpees
King--1 min rest
