Team workout number 2 this week!!

Another big class at the 6am time slot.

11 people fit into the gym and blasted through a high rep workout.

Crossfit Omaha had some great competitors at the Crossfit Games this summer and while checking out their site, I found this gem!!!

I modified the WOD a little bit to fit our equipment availability and space requirements!!

WOD

200 Jump Rope
300 Push-up
250 Swings
200 Window Wiper
150 Walking Lunge
100 Med Ball Cleans

***all team member must complete 200 jump rope before other reps begin***
**5  team members may work toward the push-up, 4 team member towards the swings, 3 towards the window wipers, 2 to the walking lunges, and 1 med ball clean***
