Both Classes today had great showings today, but it was the 7:30am class that took home the victor's crown!!!

Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Although not included, sweating should be number 11.
