I cannot claim this WOD though. As I browsed through CF Cleveland's site, I found it and thought it would be a good Monday morning wake-up.
10 Pull-ups

Tylor took home bragging rights as he completed 11 and 2/3 rounds.
I followed close behind at 10 1/3, and Matt at 9 1/3

First let me say...great improvement Kelly. When she first started with us, she had trouble getting her chin to the bar with 2 boxes(16 inches).
Today, she consistently got her chin over the bar with only using to 45 lb plates on the ground(6 inches)
Matt is another one that showed great improvement today. Today he was able to forgo the boxes altogether when completing the pull-ups.
Can't you see his excitement...he is kissing the bar!!
Alex joined us today for the first time. He is getting ready for the upcoming track season. Great form on the first day Alex!!
