Well, it is finally up. Crossfit Legacy has its own video now, and I will be uploading more as I become more proficient at using the video capabilities of my new Macbook!!!

Anyway...our WOD today was a nice 210 rep routine that allowed each person to pull, push, and burpee their way to better health and fitness.
WOD
10 Deadlift(1-1.5x body weight)
10 Burpee
10 Weighted Med Ball Sit-up

Nice! Now I really have to shape up if you're going to put me on video.
Brian, excellent editing job on your first video attempt. I agree with Chris, one more reason to up the intensity level.....you might be in the next video.
