Revised "Helen"

Tylor and Kayla did a wicked version of Helen this afternoon.

Both put out great efforts tonight!!!

Could they maintain core tension in 3 exercises that are all very different in their mid-line stabilization demands.

Mid line stability is essential in sport, life, and Crossfit. Mid line stability can take you to the next level if you have it. If you do not have mid-line stability, loads, life, and sport has the potential to crush you!!
