Dumbbell, Dumbbells and MORE Dumbbells!!!

If you are interested in starting at Crossfit Legacy, but not sure if you can jump right in to the group classes, be sure to look into our Beginner/Foundations Class to get you up to speed before joining a group class.



Our class had steel hands yesterday as each move the did had them holding a heavy dumbbell in either one or both hands.

You never know when you will be asked to carry something, lift something, or push something that entail explosive power of the hip and the mid-line stabilizers during every day tasks.

At Crossfit Legacy, we do it everyday for just that possibility and our athletes are getting very strong and powerful!!!
