Accuracy and Agility

If you are interested in starting at Crossfit Legacy, but not sure if you can jump right in to the group classes, be sure to look into our Beginner/Foundations Class to get you up to speed before joining a group class.

Wednesday AM

If your fitness program does not include accuracy and agility training, you are being short-changed, and if you are paying someone to train you----ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Accuracy and Agility are 2 of the 10 General Physical skills that Crossfit trains.

We definitely challenged them in both areas this morning.


WOD

10 KB Snatches/each arm (Accuracy and Coordination)
10 Box Jumps/24'' (Agility)
10 Med Ball Cleans (Coordination, Accuracy, and Power)
