Rowing on Tuesday......

Since we cannot get outside and run during the winter months in Ohio, we get on the Concept 2 Rowers and get our running/rowing activity in there.

And since we have not been on the rower for a few weeks, what better way to re-introduce it than with a 1 min row for Calories!!!

We welcomed in 2 new athletes this afternoon both looking to improve athlete ability and strength for their respective sports!!
