First Full Week of New Year!!

Alright everyone. Time to shake off the holiday "dust" and get after it again. 

We are back on our regular schedule and looking forward to some great efforts and workouts in the coming weeks.

I frequently ask myself this question, are our athletes getting stronger? Are our workouts effective? We will be doing more in the coming months to quantify that data, but lets look at a few pics first.

That question was answered today...more than once!!!

4 weeks ago---Alex could only Over Head Squat 15lbs with good form



Today--Alex Over Head Squat 65lbs for reps in a WOD!!!



And not to be out-done....Chris OHS 95lbs ???? times. The video is in production. Great job tonight Chris!!

Eric continues to get stronger and will be starting the ZONE Diet soon...watch out...he is going to get strong!!

25 Times who knew! I've been having a feeling lately we were going to do OHS since we haven't been overhead like that much lately.

Great display of strength and intensity today.
